EUDR asks you to prove where your goods came from.
EvoRep reconstructs the origin of each consignment, flags the information a due diligence file is still missing and keeps every fact traceable to its source.
Browser-based SaaS Compliance Platform
Goods produced since June 2023 already need a traceable origin.
Obligations start 30 December 2026.
Supplier data takes longer than that.
Streamlined. Seamless. Step-by-step EUDR due diligence.
Who it’s for
Built for the teams reconstructing a supply chain, not filling in a form
EU operators, downstream operators and traders
Know where your origin data stops.
Across all seven commodities. Supplier, consignment, lot, plot and evidence information sit in one case file, with the gaps visible while there is still time to close them.
Customs brokers, accountants & consultants
Help importer clients reach a review-ready position.
Structure customs and supplier evidence, surface exceptions and keep each client’s records separate within the importer’s workflow.
Does it apply to you?
You are required to carry out EUDR due diligence if :
- You import, export, or sell covered products in the EU made from wood, rubber, cattle, cocoa, coffee, palm oil, or soya.
When does it start?
- 30 December 2026 for most businesses.
- 30 June 2027 for qualifying micro and small businesses.*
What do you need to prove?
Your covered products must be:
- Deforestation-free
- Produced legally in the country of production
- Covered by an EUDR due diligence statement
* This is a summary, not advice — check your position against current Commission guidance and your national competent authority.
Why EvoRep
Everything is traceable
in one platform
EUDR breaks down when origin evidence lives in different places.
EvoRep connects consignments, lots, production locations and their supporting documents into one trail, so your team can resolve gaps early instead of at the border.
EvoRep prepares the case and preserves the evidence. Your authorised team approves and submits.
Every figure traces back to its source
plot-level traceability
Geolocation, lot by lot.
Coordinates held properly
Geometry stored in WGS84, with coordinate order, precision, geometry type and plot area validated on entry.
Lots allocated to locations
Lot-to-location allocation and transformation links are recorded, so mixing is visible rather than averaged away.
Unknown origin stays unknown
Mass-balance mixing with unknown origin is never presented as acceptable traceability. A map or satellite check is decision support, not a conclusion.
how evorep works
From supplier evidence to a review-ready EUDR position.
Enter the case. EvoRep resolves product scope, records the supply chain and separates what is missing, unverified or conflicting.
EvoRep prepares the case. Your authorised team approves and files.
Company, actor role, product and CN code. EvoRep resolves scope from the exact code and transaction date, and refuses to guess coverage.
Consignments, lots, suppliers, production locations and transformation links — entered once and kept together.
Missing, unverified and conflicting information are separated, not merged into one score. Unknown facts block rather than pass quietly.
Risk factors, open items and evidence in one view. A named person on your team approves the case, then files in the EU system.
one controlled view
Trace the origin. See what's missing.
Approve nothing by accident.
built for review
Official inputs.
Traceable calculation.
See which inputs drive the position, where they came from and what still needs review.
Rules carry their resource
Annex I scope, country-risk lists and due-diligence requirements are stored with source, legal status, version and validity dates — and applied by the date of the activity.
Evidence stays connected
Case records remain linked to the supporting source documents, with a five-year retention horizon in mind from the start.
History is never rewritten
Approvals and submissions are snapshots. An amendment creates a new version, and the record shows who changed what, when and why.
faq
Common questions.
Does EvoRep file my due diligence statement for me?
No. The European Commission’s EUDR Information System is the legal submission system. EvoRep prepares the case, the origin trail and the evidence behind it; a named, authorised person on your team approves and files.
Which commodities does it cover?
All seven current EUDR commodities — cattle, cocoa, coffee, oil palm, rubber, soya and wood — plus derived products, with scope resolved from the exact CN/HS code under Annex I rather than the commodity name.
Does EvoRep tell me whether my risk is negligible?
No, and that is deliberate. EvoRep records the risk factors, the evidence and the reasoning, and separates what is missing, unverified or conflicting. The risk conclusion is left to your authorised reviewer.
What about plot geolocation we don't have yet?
It is recorded as missing. Unknown-origin mass-balance mixing is never shown as acceptable traceability, and a map or satellite check is treated as decision support rather than a conclusion on its own.
When does my obligation start?
30 December 2026 as a general rule, including large and medium operators and traders. 30 June 2027 for qualifying natural persons and micro/small undertakings — except for products already covered by the old EU Timber Regulation, where the earlier date applies.
Is this legal advice?
No. EvoRep organises evidence and workflow, and stores each rule with its source, legal status, version and validity dates. Decisions remain with your own authorised team, and we’d encourage involving counsel where your position is genuinely uncertain.
